Continuing Series in the Life of a Pastoral Care Pastor

April 26, 2010 – Monday: Today I took a day of vacation. Had a few things I needed to address early today at the office (did it via phone) and then got my haircut. On the way home I stopped at Homedepot and picked up some filters for the furnace as it has been several months, more than I want to count since the last change. Started cleaning out my garage and got ready for a garage sale coming up soon. I am starting to downsize…really going to make my life simple. Had a relaxing afternoon. I am suffering from “dry skin” on my finger tips…someone suggested I get some gloves and put them on with the hand lotion and leave them on for at least 2 hours…did that and it helped during the night but now Tuesday morning is here and the dryness has returned…imagine that. I might have to go to the doctor soon.
